A bond is required and this is refunded after satisfactory house inspection on departure.

Minimum of 2 nights on weekends.

Check in time by negotiation. Please confirm on booking. Check out time is 11.00AM. A late check out fee may occur.

50% deposit required to confirm booking with balance due 1 week prior to stay.

50% of daily room rate is charged for extensions up to 6pm. After 6pm full day room rates will be applied.
