Cleanliness		the spa didn't work no linen was provided and if you don't know how to build a fire you will freeze. service prior to stay was fantastic after stay and complaints not so good i wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone else at least not in winter wilson , Australia Monday, 31 May 2010 place Management Response As soon as the guest mentioned that the spa didn't work, i asked my cleaner to check and the spa was working! There were 3 sets of clean linen and towels in the main bedroom and i have never had any complaints regarding it not being warm enough.....there is a large wood fire with a glass door and a 3 speed fan. There is also an electric heater in the laundry cupboard. Cherub Cottage
