Welcome to Nautilus Cottage by the seaside on Phillip Island.
Our sunny modern beach house is located in peaceful and pretty "Silverleaves".
It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus powder room, ultra modern, fully equipped kitchen, bright, spacious, contemporary living areas and full laundry facilities.
Our beach house accommodates up to 6 people (2 queen size beds and 2 single beds). Doonas and pillows provided.
We do not provide linen. Ie: sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
We do not provide food at this beach house, however a very well equipped supermarket and bottle shop is available in Cowes (5 minutes by car).
To make your stay comfortable we provide quality modern furnishings, air conditioning and central heating, television, DVD and stereo. Laundry with washing machine.
Rear deck with outdoor furnishings and BBQ facility. Full fenced yard and double garage with remote door.
This is a dog friendly house for small to medium, well trained dogs.
RATES (20/12/09 to 19/12/10): High Season - Weekly (1/12/09 to 28/2/10, Easter and Grand Prix.) $1,350-$1,800; Low/Mid Season - Standard Weekly Rate $900 - $1,200; Low Season - 2 night 2 people weekend stay $500; Low Season - 4 night 2 people midweek stay $600.
Accommodates up to 6 people. Extra people for midweek or weekend stays add $50 per adult.
