Our 3 bedroom cottage with stunning seaviews has everything you will want for your quiet and relaxing break.
There is an ensuite to the main bedroom which has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, and its own television and dvd player. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and each has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 opens onto the deck.
The living room with full width windows to the deck has reverse cycle heating and airconditioning, a woodfire for cosy evenings in winter and a double sofa bed.
There are games, books and magazines for your use as well as a television with excellent reception, a video and dvd player, cd player and radio.
The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped for comfortable living. Basic cooking ingredients are available and filtered water is on tap in the kitchen.

A deposit of half the rental or $200, whichever is the greater, is required at time of booking. This is refundable if the property is able to be rented again for the same period, less an administration fee of $50. The balance of the rent is due 2 weeks before the rental takes place, at which time a bond of $500 is also payable. This bond is fully refundable and is held to ensure that the house is left undamaged, clean and tidy. The bond will be returned as soon as the property has been inspected.

Location:
High on a hill overlooking Westernport Bay and French Island, we are in a quiet residential street.
With State Forests nearby we have many types of visiting native birds including Rainbow Loriqueets, Crimson Rosellas and even King Parrots and Black Cockatoos. Seed is provided to attract them for an occasional treat.
Scenic drives are plentiful and maps and brochures of local attractions are provided.
Walking is a popular pastime in the area. There is an off road walking track down the hill to the local shops and cafes, and across the highway to the seashore.

Under the same roofline as the house there is a carport for 2 cars with direct access to the house, making loading and unloading the car easy in all weathers.
Local Attractions:
Grantville is a quiet country town close to lots of interesting activities, attractions and eateries. There is a fat folder full of information on these at the house, including detailed maps of the area. We are about 15-20 minutes drive from San Remo and Phillip Island, 30 minutes from Wonthaggi and 30 minutes from Cranbourne.
