Zenergie is three indulgent villas set among landscaped gardens with panoramic views across the Powlett River flats to Wilsons Promontory. A destination designed to both awaken and soothe the senses, to both excite and placate the mind, to both bring inner tranquillity and inner strength to the body.

An exciting venue conveniently located 10 kms north of Inverloch along the Korumburra-Inverloch Road. The courtyards, the décor, the colours, the furniture, the beds all blending to give a unique and inspirational setting for a weekend getaway. Zenergie also offers some activities like yoga and massage to round off the get-away.

Zenergie offers one two bedroom villa and two single bed room villas in the format of self catering accommodation. Each unit has its own individual character and enjoys a discreet privacy. Units 2 & 3 have their own personal courtyard as well as a covered patio with a roof. The owner’s retail background and frequent visits to Asia show in the inside and outside décor.

Zenergie is the latest venture of Jennie & Hess Strengers who have made their mark with two retailing ventures over the past 20 years; they founded South Gippsland Craft Merchants in Meeniyan and now run SO! Me in Leongatha. Creativity and individuality are their trademarks.

Zenergie delicately balances the oriental concepts of Yin & Yang and uses the persuasive forces of Feng Shui to create a harmony of space, environment and mind. Just feel the energy as you walk in. The property also has in-house activities such as Yoga, meditation and massage and is building up a directory of alternative health and activities in the area for guests to access. The property is adult only.

Zenergie 4 star rated (AAA rating) & is seeking Eco-accreditation for its solar passive concepts and its eco-friendly credentials.

Other activities: In house (per person) Meditation sessions 20-45 mins $15, Basic pilates and yoga sessions 45-60 mins $15 ($40 to $60 per hour advanced session with outside practitioners), Relaxation Massage 60 mins $50 - $80, Raindrop Massage $85 just under 2 hours (uses therapeutic grade essential oils), Enar cosmotology or tune-up 45-60 mins $50 and Drumming one hour session of rhythm and drumming $15. NOTE: A full list of local masseurs and alternative service providers are their rates are in the villas.

Wherever possible we will endeavour to give you late checkout and early check in but it will depend on the bookings around you.

This is our TWO bedroom Villa and is available for a couple or two couples. Each of the bedrooms has a unique, handcrafted queen bed. The spacious bathroom has a shower and the toilet is separate. The lounge is open and shares space with the dining area. The furniture is Chinese and the lights Morrocan while the lounge itself is leather. There is a large TV and surround sound with facilities for playing CD's,DVD's and to plug in MP3 players. the kitchen has a benchtop stove, microwave & fridge and is well equiped with saucepans. The outside patio gives beautiful views and has a Weber Bbq and seating.

Cancellations:

Cancellation made up to two weeks prior to booking will recieve a full refund less 10% handling fee. Cancellations after this date will only be refunded if the same villa is rebooked for the same rate. Failure to arrive willl be deemed a cancellation and will not attract any refund.

The view can be taken in from both the shower or toilet, or you can close the blinds. the courtyard is a personal retreat with a bench seat. A perfect hide-away or place for meditation or just relaxation. Zenergie is a child free zone. However, where it can be assured that children can be kept within their villa we will consider each application on its merits. As to visitors, we require notification of all our guests visitors. Visitors cannot use the guest carpark and should use the VISITOR carpark. Under no condition can occupancy of the villa exceed the bed space.

Reception Information:

Reception is just at the top of the drive in the resident home. It is signposted at the entry.

Car Parking:

There is a carpark adjacent to the villas with a dedicated park for each villa (2 parks for villa 1). There is other space for trailers etc. Guest parking is separate.

Things to do:

Zenergie offers sessions of yoga, Pilates, drumming and meditation. There is also in house masssage (remedial or therapeutic).

Getting There:

Find either Korumburra or Inverloch on a map. Kongwak lies 10 kms north of Inverloch and 10 kms south of Korumburra. Kongwak lies just off the Korumburra –Inverloch rd (C440 / C437) and is signposted. Zenergie has signage on this road and at its gates. Kongwak is approx 140 kms from Melbourne CBD. Kongwak is just over 10 minutes from the coast and from each of the surrounding towns of Korumburra, Inverloch, Wonthaggi and Leongatha.

Cleanliness		Perfect environment to recharge. Carefully set up villas provide every opportunity to indulge the senses. Peaceful and stylish with beautiful views. I loved falling asleep looking at the stars and waking up with the sunrise over the green pastures. Will definitely return here to regain balance in my life.
