Searhyllity is a brand new four bedroom home which is ideal for families.
A stunning upstairs kitchen/living, dining and alfresco overlook picture perfect bay views. The large alfresco area begs you to open a bottle of wine and get the BBQ started. The main bedroom and the 'wow factor' ensuite spa also share this tranquil view. Upstairs has a separate powder room.
Downstairs caters for the kids - games room with table tennis table, TV/DVD and plenty of board games.
There are three bedrooms down stairs - one
double, and two sets of bunk beds in the other two rooms.
The bathroom has a nice deep bath and there is a separate powder room and laundry.
RATES:
Off Peak - $275 per night weekend, $1500 per week & $250 per night midweek. Minimum stay - 2 nights.
Peak - $2400 per week. Minimum stay - 7 nights.
Special Events
Superbikes (February 2011) $1200 - 3 night minimum
Easter 2011 $2800 - 7 night minimum
V8 Supercars (Friday 11th September - Sunday 13th September and Friday 5th November - Sunday 7th November) $1200 - 3 night minimum
Grand Prix (Friday 16th October - Sunday 18th October) $3000 - 7 night minimum
Boxing Day/New Years Week (26th December 2010 - 2nd January 2011) $2800 - 7 night minimum.
Public Holiday Weekends & School Holidays - 3 night minimum

Searhyllity is nestled in the tranquil town of Rhyll, only minutes walk to some of the best eateries on the Island and only a short drive to Cowes.
The Rhyll foreshore caters for all culinary needs - elegant dining at the Foreshore restaurant, the Greek tavern or argubly the best fish 'n chips in Phillip Island at Tides. Rhyll also has a general store and bottle shop.
If you feel like a spot of fishing with the kids, the pier or trout farm are only a short walk away.
Rhyll also has a lovely beach which is suitable for children or if surfs up Smiths Beach is only a few minutes drive away.
If you feel like an afternoon of wine tasting, the Purple Hen Winery is just around the corner.
